Jen is thrilled to serve in the House of Delegates as a member of the Environment and Transportation Committee. She previously served on the Howard County Council for 12 years. "Thank you to everyone who supported my re-election! I am so happy to be able to continue serving my community, as I have for nearly two decades. A lifelong Democrat, I think it is critical that we have strong, consistent, experienced, progressive voices in the Maryland State legislature. And that’s what I will continue to be for Howard County."
Jen knows what it takes to stand up for our shared values and address our community’s concerns. Among her top priorities are addressing the issues of equity, housing, disabilities, and the climate change crisis. She has fought for improved access to healthcare, better transportation, and is working to improve transparency in campaign financing.
