Jen works together with Delegate Vanessa Atterbeary and their Scholarship Committee to administer their House of Delegates Scholarship program, which is open to residents of Legislative District 13. Both academic merit and financial need are considered for awards.

Maryland law requires that scholarship recipients attend a Maryland college, university or technical or career school. If students are planning to attend an out-of-state school, to be eligible for our scholarship, they must enroll in an academic program that is not offered in Maryland. Please contact the Maryland Higher Education Commission at 410-260-4548 for further information about “unique major status.” Students may use the House of Delegates Scholarship toward undergraduate, graduate, or professional studies, and may attend full time or part time.
